One of the main joys of being a Parish Minister is the involvement with so many different facets of community life. This is particularly so in a small rural parish where the Church and community work closely together, With this in mind, the Kirk session and I have continued to foster an open and inclusive ministry, where individuals of all ages and stages within the faith journey can explore and share Christian spirituality in an environment of openness and fellowship.
My own background as a Minister is enhanced by the previous experience with the parish context and through my work as a hospital chaplain and professional counsellor. This framework both supports and enhances my pastoral ministry to those who are sick, distressed or in need of support.
Within the church, you will find a variety of experiences that will provide opportunities to make new friendships and strengthen existing friendships.
I look forward to welcoming you to our fellowship.
